I.M.P.A.C.T.everyone Meditation

Hi everyone,

I have begun to put together a group meditation session for anyone who is interested in meditating with others, and meeting new people. Everyone is welcome and can donate to the group if you wish.

We will be meeting at least 2 times a week to start off, and may progress from there. The meditations will consist of 15-20 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes or more of discussion, this time may also increase as we progress in order to heighten our energy levels further. I am currently taking suggestions on the days and times we will meet, in order to try to meet everyones needs.

A group meditation is not only good for each individual, but it is scientifically proven to be good for the overall community as well. I look forward to seeing you there.

Happiness Within You

What is Happiness?


This is truly a difficult question for many, and many people tend to answer it wrong too. Most people mistake Happiness for pleasures and excitement, or associate it with something their doing. Those are just temporary things, and may come and go quickly.

Happiness is within you, always. It's part of your being, who you are. The problem is that most people don't know how to tap into their Happiness. They don't know how to find it within themselves. Which is why they may confuse it with temporary pleasures they experience and times.

Happiness is a wonderful thing, and I believe everyone's purpose in life is to be Happy. I would like to recommend a book for you to read, it's called "Be Happy." It's a fantastic book written by Robert Holden, who has been conducting the Happiness Project for many years. A documentary has even been done on his Happiness course. I am about half way through the book myself right now and wanted to share a little, and of course recommend it too.

So to learn more about how to find your Happiness, and yourself. Go pick up a copy from your local bookstore, or from iBooks.

Make 2011 The Best Year For Yourself

Well another year has gone by, did you do everything you wanted in 2010? Did you fulfill your resolution you made for 2010? Did you take yourself where you wanted to go in 2010? There is many questions I can ask about 2010, some may be yes, many will probably be no.

Now you need to focus on taking yourself to new heights in 2011, and making this your most successful year so far. Here are a few pointers for you to get you moving in the right direction;


1. Decide exactly where you want to go.

This is obviously the most important, cause if you don't know where you want to go, how are you ever suppose to get anywhere? So take some time to think and visualize exactly where you want to go and what you want to do, be clear and specific.

2. Write it down.

Thinking about it isn't always enough, if you write it down it reaches the unconscious mind as well. So go ahead, write it down, and then put it somewhere where you can read it often.

3. Take action.

To get anywhere there must be some kind of action in order to move you forward. So set goals, and then break them down into smaller daily attainable goals you can complete each day. I would suggest doing the hardest, and working towards the easiest, this may eliminate quitting after completing one or two of your daily goals.


4. Live positively

This although listed as number 4, is also a very important part. Creating a positive life for yourself on a daily basis will be you to your goals more quickly. Not only that but it feels good, everyone wants to be happy. I think that is every ones ultimate goal, to be happy. What many people don't understand is that you can be happy right NOW. In doing so more things will come to you that you want, and you will radiate this to others around you and they will feel your energy and they will begin to live positively as well.
